Drawn is a small design agency with twenty years of experience building and maintaining aligned experiences for companies large and small, across a spectrum of industries and a range of applications.


As we all become a more virtual workforce, it becomes increasingly difficult to all stay on the same page. Participation is limited to 12 team members per engagement (+ unfocus groups), however discounts apply for multiple team engagements

What is the main difference between the three offerings?

That’s a great question. The “Understanding Alignment” introduction is meant to equip and mentor your team or organization to begin doin the work of building alignment. We become more collaborative with the larger offerings in helping to build alignment together, helping to your teams establish some additions to your current process that will help build alignment. The Alignment Audit begins with a far more exhaustive evaluation of your organization, to help you gain a better understanding of the ways in which your organization is both in and out of alignment, before helping to suggest changes to process and strategic initiatives to build alignment from within.

What tools or software do we have to learn to work with you?

Another great question. We are totally tool agnostic, as we find the most important part of the process is to actually understand the philosophy behind the tools and techniques. Our hope is to help develop an understanding of the why underneath the what — so whatever tools or systems or processes you already have in place will likely work just fine.

What if we don’t use MURAL?

Also not a problem. This will be an excellent opportunity to try out MURAL and see if you like the platform, but there is no obligation to be in a contractual agreement with MURAL.

How long does each engagement take?

Each offering can begin within 2 days. Introductions usually last between 1-2 weeks, and Alignment Audits can take 8-12 weeks to complete. We will move at a pace that matches your needs to help as quickly as we can, or slow our process to fit into your schedule.

How long has Drawn been doing this?

For twenty years, Drawn has been helping build aligned brand experiences that people are naturally drawn to. What started as a visual design agency in 2000 quickly became a brand consultancy, continuing to build external-facing brand campaigns to customers, but also moving entirely internally in some cases to help companies with Board and business considerations, with service and experience design, with internal culture and brand building, to create a fully aligned brand experience from deep inside all the way out to a customer's furthest reach.
